(OTCQB:DCSA) Secures Space for Flagship Coffee Shop Location in the Heart of Manchester England



DOCASA, Inc. (OTCQB:DCSA), the investor of the rapidly expanding specialty coffee market in the United Kingdom, through its subsidiary, The Department of Coffee and Social Affairs, announced today that it has secured its largest planned coffee shop to date; in the United Kingdom’s second largest city, Manchester.


The location is nestled on the ground floor of the iconic Faulkner House in the heart of the city’s business district. The Faulkner House provides over five floors of refurbished office space, located within walking distance to the Manchester Art Gallery and the Piccadilly Gardens. Situated in the vicinity of the Mercure Hotel and the Britannia Hotel Manchester, this particular spot is also considered a prime tourism location.


Management indicated that the space will serve as the Department of Coffee And Social Affair’s flagship store and barista training hub. "We are thrilled to be opening in Manchester, a city with such a dynamic business and arts culture and one we have been looking to locate in for some time; this is the first of several planned site openings here.,” said DOCASA, Inc.’s President & CEO, Ashley Lopez.

The new Manchester location with be the first out of the fifteen locations to operate outside of the city of London.  Home to over 2.6 million people, Manchester will serve as a stepping stone in a series of strategic moves, as the Company progresses to the ultimate goal -  to open in excess of 150 coffee shops in the UK over the next 3 – 5 years – seemingly a much faster pace than Starbucks achieved in its early years.
